We respect your privacy and your right to control your personal information. If you no longer wish to use KidzenAI, you can permanently delete your account at any time.
How to Delete Your Account
- Open the KidzenAI mobile application.
- Sign in using your registered account.
- Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
- Read the confirmation message carefully.
- Confirm the deletion request.
- Your account deletion request will be processed immediately.
Unable to Access the App?
If you cannot access your account or are unable to delete it through the app, you may request account deletion by contacting us.

What Happens After Your Account Is Deleted?
- ✔ Your KidzenAI account will be permanently deleted.
- ✔ Child profiles linked to your account will be removed.
- ✔ Learning history, saved preferences, achievements, and progress will be deleted.
- ✔ Any AI conversation history associated with your account will be deleted.
- ✔ You will no longer be able to sign in using the deleted account.
Data Retention
Most personal information is permanently deleted immediately after your account deletion request is processed.
Certain information may be retained for a limited period where required by applicable laws, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or backup recovery purposes.
